Refund policy

30-day mail returns

Michael's Men's Wear accepts returns by mail within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused. We also accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. We do not offer direct exchanges or charge a restocking fee.

How to start a return

Before mailing anything, use our contact form or call (256) 362-2631 with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide mailing instructions. For a change-of-mind return, please arrange your own shipping label and pay the return postage. We cover return postage for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Contact us first so we can arrange that return.

Refunds

For eligible returns, you will typically receive your refund within 3 days after we receive your return.
